Escape the city and recharge with a weekend yoga retreat in a tranquil, rural spot in the heart of the Scottish Highlands on the beautiful Black Isle, just thirty minutes outside Inverness.

 

YOGA

We will practise Integrative Yoga - a combination of dynamic and restorative styles - with Serena Lee (all abilities welcome). Yoga will take place outdoors in an orchard, a meadow or in the woods if the weather is suitable. Otherwise, we will be indoors in the large conservatory of a refurbished listed farmhouse. The conservatory has underfloor heating and glass walls on three sides.

With only six spaces available, you'll receive the individual attention during the practice that's difficult to find in busy city classes.

 

ACCOMMODATION

You will stay in a luxurious, eco-friendly cottage with spectacular views from both inside and outside the house, a wood-burning stove and an outdoor dining deck. You’ll have access to the cottage’s large cedar sauna with a one-way glass window offering magnificent views over the Cromarty Firth to Ben Wyvis. The cottage is next door to the farmhouse.
Red kites, osprey, deer, hare, swallows and many other small birds are regular visitors.

Room options:

  • Bedroom 1 - king-sized bed, en suite. Perfect for a couple or two friends sharing. Single supplement option available - please arrange via email. 
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 - two twin beds in each room
  • Family bathroom
     

The cottage & farmhouse are located near Inverness - regular flights/trains operate to Inverness and transfers will be arranged for you.

 

FOOD

We will eat in the farmhouse, family-style. Homemade vegan food will be prepared by Emi’s Good Eating. Breakfast cereals, bread, fruit, spreads, oatmilk and coffee/tea will be provided in the cottage.

9:00                Kriyas, Pranayama, Dynamic Yoga Flow

12:30-16:00     Free time or optional activity

16:00-18:00     Yin Yoga and discussion

19:00               Evening meal

PRICE

£475 per person twin beds (family bathroom)

£475 per person sharing king size bed (en suite)

£675 single occupancy king size bed

Price is all inclusive of accommodation, meals, airport/train transfer, yoga instruction, activities and use of yoga mats. Price excludes transportation to Inverness.

 

CANCELLATIONS

50% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the retreat (we will try to resell your ticket and refund the difference).

No refunds if cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice.

Retreat is fully transferable to a third party at any time prior to the start.
