This should really be called “BE YOGA”. Yoga goes way way beyond poses and studios and Lululemon. Yoga is first and foremost a philosophy, but that often gets lost in its commercialisation because of the aesthetic beauty of the practice.
As my teacher says, asana (poses) are just an excuse. They’re a vehicle into the whole yogic way of living: a way that is present, mindful and observant.
Continuously learning beyond my 200-hour Integrative Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance, here I'll be sharing sequences and thoughts on mindfulness & philosophy.
