Gym-free personal training involves mainly bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, plus minimal equipment if training in the studio.

Programmes provided include weight loss, beginner's fitness, flexibility, toning up and healthy weight gain. You'll reap the benefits of true focus on flexibility to complement training in these sessions due to my background in yoga as well as personal training.


I work out of a small studio in East London E3, nearest station Mile End. Sessions also take place outdoors, e.g. in Victoria Park.

Personal training sessions must be booked via email, as PAR-Q form and medical questionnaire must be completed.

Bookings require 24-hour cancellation notice for refund or can be transferred to a friend, providing necessary forms can be completed in time.
