Love your body before starting training

Stop looking at your body and your exercise program with an "I'm not there yet" mindset. With that mindset, you will never be there. You might get to where you originally wanted, but you won't be happy with yourself - you'll want more. You'll want perfection, and perfection is solely about perception. Because YOU - you are already perfect. Gym-free training is about toning, tightening, becoming faster, stronger and more supple - sure. But we can't start until you commit to loving yourself right now. You have the choice right now to be happy or unhappy with your body, so what's the point of hating yourself throughout this journey? Because the journey never ends! There'll always be more. You won't look back in a year's time and regret having loved your body every step of the way. Loving yourself as you are will NOT dampen your progress, I promise. Fighting your mind against your body can become BOTH your mind and body winning instead. Train out of love, not fear. Training out of fear is when we try to run away from what our bodies look like now - convincing ourselves that we'll be happy when we reach X goals. If you reach those goals, this means you'll be conditionally happy. Training out of love is working with your body. Don't wait for ill health or to break a bone to kick you into appreciating your current health. Be unconditionally happy with your body, move with your whole soul and celebrate that it's becoming stronger with every exercise habit you create - whether your butt is visibily lifting as a side-effect or not. You are worth so much more than your appearance.
