Postpartum Fitness & Body Update: Eight weeks

Here's the third postpartum fitness update! *It's the 13th of May, not March! I'm super excited to get back into training, and these videos/corresponding blog posts are to document the kind of exercises and the frequency of exercise that I'm using to take me from where I'm at now to where I'd like to be by our wedding day at the start of September.
