Autumn is all about falling leaves, cosy jumpers and warming foods. This smoothie bowl nods to the season with spicy cinnamon and oats whilst having enough creamy protein to fill you up for heading out into the cold!
Blend the following in a Nutribullet for about 30 seconds and save 1/3 of your banana and pear if you want to garnish it :)
1 banana
1 pear
1 cup Oatly oat milk
2/3 scoop of pea & rice protein
4 heaped tbsp soya flour
1tbsp flax
Cinnamon to taste
I've just devoured this after morning core exercises + a full comprehensive Scaravelli yoga practice and it's satiated me without the heaviness of a blowout recovery meal. Let me know if you give it a go!
