Organic Basics: Underwear At Its Best
Organic underwear has always been a luxury for me, so when Organic Basics reached out to me last year to send over some of their products I was so happy to try out their range. Organic Basics is a Copenhagen-based clothing company which focuses on sustainable, and better made ‘basics’ - underwear, t-shirts and socks, or as I call them: the essentials. It’s refreshing to see that sustainability is the focus on all of their products, meaning not only do they create longer-lasting products, but they raise their standards for quality and ethics along the way. Organic Basics pays fair wages, faces no discrimination, and engages only in freely-chosen employment.
My favourite range of Organic Basics’ clothing is their simple organic section: a straightforward, does-what-it-says-on-the-tin approach to clothing. Currently there are 11 different products on their online store. Their organic cotton is easily traced (back to Turkey) and their products are GOTS-certified, as is the dye used to colour the clothes.
I’ve been wearing the triangle bra and bikini bottoms for a few months now, and not only are they so soft and comfortable, but they come without an underwire (underwires are not good for boobs, especially when pregnant or breastfeeding). I find that the bra is perfect for feeding, giving my daughter enough accessibility to feed, but providing me with more support than a lot of other bras I’ve had since my daughter’s birth.
Organic Basics have given me a couple of discount codes to share with friends and family (I get a tiny commission on each purchase), and so I’ve shared these below! These codes offer 10%-15% off any future purchases.
Organic Basics Discount (15%) - SLEEOBC2 Expires 3rd July 2019.
Organic Basics Discount (10%) - SERENAOBC2 Expires 7th July 2019.
Have you tried any of Organic Basics’ range? What’s your favourite product?
Thanks for reading!
